PunThai Kitchen
About us
At PunThai Kitchen, our story starts at the dinner table. We’re a mother-and-son team — Chef Pun and Chef Tony — who believe every meal is a chance to bring people together. Cooking has always been at the heart of our family. Tony grew up watching his mom turn simple ingredients into something magical, learning from her long before he ever picked up a chef’s knife himself.
Tony spent years working in kitchens all over, picking up techniques from different chefs. But no one has inspired him more than his mother. Chef Pun trained at the Thai & International Food Academy in Thailand, and her passion for cooking led her to open her first restaurant in Dracut, MA. For seven years, she poured her heart into every dish. When she was ready to take a break, Tony convinced her that there were still people who needed to experience her food.
We both grew up in Nashua, so opening PunThai Kitchen here feels like coming home. Our food is rooted in tradition, but we love putting our own spin on the classics, too. What makes us different isn’t just our recipes — it’s the feeling we hope you get when you walk in: like you’re part of our family, sitting around the table, sharing stories and laughter at the end of the day.
We cook with love, and every dish has a little piece of our journey in it. We’re grateful for everyone who joins us at PunThai Kitchen. When you eat here, you’re not just a customer — you’re family.
Welcome to our table.
